Marcus Barnes Photography

Marcus Barnes is a freelance photographer based in Cambridge - he came to me looking for a website to act as his photography portfolio. It was crucial that the website showcased his work, and that he was able to update it himself, easily.

The main components of this project included using Marcus' photography both as the focal points of the main page, aswell as the backdrops for many of the other pages. I also included a management section, allowing Marcus to upload his own images to his galleries.

One other useful feature of this project was that the interactive image galleries are coded fully in HTML and Javascript - this means that they can be viewed from smartphones/tablets that are unable to view Adobe Flash (such as the iPhone/iPad).

1st for Freedom

Jeff came to me looking to establish his new driver training business on the Internet. He'd recently started 1st for Freedom, and needed a website that would really emphasise the unique selling points of his business, over that of his competitors.

The larger part of this project was that Jeff required a booking system allowing his customers to book and pay for lessons online, without having to contact him directly.

Food, Water & Energy

Stefan came to me looking for a fresh new look for their ageing website. Their content was good, but time had taken it's toll on the once "new" design.

I took the principles of their old logo and website, and brought them up-to-date. The core business of Food, Water & Energy centers around agriculture, and the nurturing of land. I used this as the basis for the design of each section - hence the earthy feel given by the backdrop of wheat, amongst other images.

Frizzle Jewellery

Frizzle Jewellery is the online portfolio for Rachel Skelson, to showcase the types of jewellery she currently has for sale, and as well as types that she can provide made-to-order.

Rachel had only just started the business, so needed a small website, but also came to us looking to create a brand. The colour scheme and logo we created is now used on all of her packaging and documentation. We also provided her with a full content management system, enabling her to update the website herself.
